  • In order to register a Key Clinic Account you must be an individual at least 18 years old. 

  • Once a Key Clinic Account has been created, clients will be able to make full use of the Platform’s content. 

  • The Key Clinic Platform is an online portal that enables registered users (“Clients”) to access client questionnaires, book appointments, make payments, access reports and communicate with clinicians in a secure and confidential manner.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Key Clinic  Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. 

  • You must immediately notify The Key Clinic if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Key Clinic Account. 



  • We aim to update our website regularly, and may change the content at any time. 

  • Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

  • The Key Clinic will provide notice to Clients of any changes to The Key Clinic platform, unless such changes are of minor nature without having a material effect on the parties’ contractual obligations.



  • The Key Clinic is not responsible for outages or disruptions of the Internet and telecommunications infrastructure which are beyond our control and can lead to interruptions in the availability of both The Key Clinic Platform and website.

  •  The Key Clinic may, temporarily and under consideration of clients’ legitimate interests (e.g. by providing prior notice), restrict the availability of The Key Clinic Platform/Website, if this is necessary in view of capacity limits, the security or integrity of our servers, or to carry out maintenance measures that ensure the proper or improved functioning of The Key Clinic platform/Website.



  • Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. 

  • We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.


  • You may link to our site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. 

  • We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. 



  • The Key Clinic Ltd. uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept American Express.

  • By using the Stripe Check Out you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service.

  • You expressly understand and agree that The Key Clinic Ltd. shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. 

  • You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that The Key Clinic Ltd. shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

  • You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. 

  • The Key Clinic Ltd. is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is Your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

  • You understand that The Key Clinic Ltd. uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service.

  • You understand and agree to not hold The Key Clinic Ltd. liable for any adverse effects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to Your Stripe account.

  • You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept American Express.



  • All transaction information passed between The Key Clinic Ltd. and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.


All our prescribed nutrient therapies and treatment protocols are directly supervised by a GMC licenced Medical Doctor. In addition, all our Neurodevelopmental and Auditory Therapy programmes are directly supervised by an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. 




  • By booking an appointment you accept the terms & conditions of the business. Our method of booking an appointment is via the online booking system located on the Client Platform. If you do have any difficulty using this please contact us.

  • The Key Clinic operates a strict appointment only system, this means we do not welcome "pop in" clients to the premises.  This helps us maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any clients completing therapy within the clinic.  You can of course text, call or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival will result in shortened appointment time.

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment as this may compromise the privacy and confidentiality of the client before you. 

  • All appointment times will be available to view via the Client Platform.

  • You, the client, are responsible to pay for the treatment in full.  You also consent when accepting these terms & conditions, the release and distribution of information from your record held at this clinic to pursue non payment of treatment, to the relevant authorities.  Authorities include court officials, police, lawyers, and financial institutions this clinic has business with.




  • We understand that, from time to time, the unexpected crops up, however we appreciate a 48 hour notice of cancellation of appointment. You can cancel your appointment any time up to 48 hours prior to the appointment calling the clinic or sending an email to admin@thekeyclinic.co.uk

  • Rearrangements and cancellations made outside of the 48 hour appointment window, or in the event of non-attendance, the appointment fee will not be refundable.

  • For both Neurodevelopmental and Auditory programmes, we require a minimum of 14 working days, or the appointment fee will not be refundable.

  • Refunds will only be payable in exceptional circumstances.



  • Opening times are subject to change without notice but can be found on the website.

  • The clinic phone is not answered outside opening times or during holidays. 




  • To respect the relaxing atmosphere of the clinic,  we kindly request that siblings are not brought into the clinic. If it is absolutely necessary to bring siblings with you, they are not allowed to be left unattended at any time.




  • Unless absolutely necessary, it is kindly asked that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during your visit.





  • It is normal practice to photograph you before treatment for your medical records.  These are never shared or used in promotional activities without your consent and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.  Video and photography during treatments and consultations by clients or visitors is not permitted without prior written consent of The Key Clinic. 




  • Programme information will be provided prior to commencement of your programme.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood the information prior to your programme.  Your signature on the consent form also confirms you have read and understood the information. If you subsequently decide not to adhere to our recommendations, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse consequences. 

  •  If you have any queries or concerns regarding your programmes, please contact us via email, telephone or text, and we will reply during clinic hours. We do not offer an out of hours service.



  • Following assessments, we aim to have both assessment reports and final reports completed in 7-10 days. 

  • You will be notified by email when your report is available to view on your Client Platform.




We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to any of The Key Clinic’s services. You may submit feedback by emailing us, through the “Contact” section of The Key Clinic Platform, or by other means of communication. 




The Key Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the The Key Clinic Website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate your account with immediate effect.
