The Key Clinic Exercise Programme

NeuroMature

Our NeuroMature programme supports learning, behaviour, and emotional resilience by addressing retained primitive reflexes.

When reflexes from early development remain active, they can affect coordination, focus, reading, writing, and even confidence, making everyday tasks harder than they should be.

Using targeted Neurodevelopmental Exercises, NeuroMature helps to ‘switch off’ these reflexes and support more natural development.

The programme begins with a Neurodevelopmental Assessment, which can be done in-clinic or remotely.

How does it work?

We’re all born with primitive reflexes that guide early development. These should naturally fade in the first year, but sometimes they don’t, leaving the nervous system in an immature state.

This can affect reading, writing, coordination, and emotional regulation, often leading to frustration, anxiety, or low confidence.

NeuroMature uses gentle, targeted exercises to integrate these reflexes and unblock development, giving the nervous system a second chance to mature.

Following the Neurodevelopmental assessment, your practitioner will help you decide on the best programme to suit your needs.

NeuroMature Testimonial

"My 12 year old child is unrecognisable. It's as if everything in her life just became easier for her! She is more coordinated and, therefore, excelling in sports; her confidence has increased, and her anxiety has decreased. She used to struggle with glare from lights and car sickness, which has all stopped.

Her reading and writing has had a small jump but as she was starting from a place where this was impossible for her to do at all, it means I'm thrilled with the jump!

Suddenly she is more able to be independent as she can work out slowly what things say. Jessie has been utterly fantastic and there for us whenever we needed her. She is so knowledgeable and keen to help. Thank you for everything you have done for us."
